Limited Warranty

Decor’s Blinds are designed and manufactured to provide you with years of customer satisfaction. Every Decor Blind Veri Shade is guaranteed against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) year from the date of the original installation.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser from the seller and is non-transferable and non-assignable. The warranty is in place subject to the recommended regular maintenance being carried out as per the Care Sheet

This Warranty does not cover accident, abuse, misuse or negligence to the blinds. Veri Shades with defective materials or faulty workmanship will be repaired or, at our discretion, replaced free of charge. Purchasers should contact our Customer Service Department on (07) 3716 7766 to arrange for a technician to come to your home to inspect the Veri Shades.
