More than 40 people work in our factory at Seventeen Mile Rocks. Everything we sell is made there, which means the person who measured your windows and the person who built your shutters work in the same building.
It is also why our lead time is 15 to 20 business days rather than the three months an imported order takes, and why a warranty call gets a technician rather than a shipping container.
